EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016

Notable this year were the anniversary gatherings of Chipmunks and Interstate Cadets, and the presence of the Canadian Snowbirds team and, of course, the Martin Mars. Personal highlights for me included the Fairchild Provider and the incredible jet Waco Screamin' Sasquatch.

A lot of the EAA Museum's aircraft which are normally tucked away in Pioneer Airport hangars had been brought out for an airing, so I photographed them from angles that I couldn't get on previous visits.

Some photos were taken at Fond du Lac County Airport, about 15 miles south of Oshkosh, which is used as an overflow airfield during the show.

There are about 2,400 photos in this section, so I've split them into several pages, arranged by aircraft type with Cessna and Van's aircraft getting their own pages. If you want more shots of any particular plane, I may have them, and if you want higher res images, I have got them. Just email me!
